REFUND POLICY – 7 day policy

We work close to your complete fulfilment.  If, for any reason you are not happy and wish to return anything bought from Groceat, we will be happy to offer refunds or exchanges provided the goods are in a fully resalable condition. In such circumstances, please email us at support@Groceat.com or live chat with us. We do not refund shipping charges or extra service charges.
Perishable goods are not refundable but we will do our best to compensate the customer if the damage was caused by us.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

-Please notify us about the damaged products or defective products at support@Groceat.com

-Products must be returned in their original packaging with the original price tags, labels and invoices

-It is advised that the return packets must be strongly and decent packaged to prevent further damage of goods in transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain
amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@Groceat.com

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@Groceat.com

Any goods dispatched by us in error remain the property of Groceat Ltd. If you receive any goods by mistake that weren’t ordered, please contact us within 7 days to arrange for us to collect them.

From time to time we may send you coupons which can be used in store or online. There will be clear instructions on the voucher explaining how it can be used.
