There’s no substitute for the right flour when making roti, chapati, paratha, naan, puri, and all kinds of other Indian flatbreads and treats. Aashirvaad still uses the traditional ‘chakki’ stone-grinding method to mill its wholewheat atta. This unique process produces fine flour that makes for a more elastic, stronger dough that is easy to roll, stretch or even stick on the wall of a tandoor (if you happen to have one nearby!)
Stone-ground using traditional methods
Nutritious wholemeal flour, but with a more refined taste and texture
From India’s no. 1 atta brand*
