Ready to cook savory Rice pan cake dry mix, 100% Vegetarian, No preservatives, No artificial Flavour or colour, An Alternative to the steamed rice-lentil idli, rava idli is made from semolina tempered with spices, blended with yogurt & steamed.
How to Prepare:
1. Put to boil approx, 1ltr water in a large steaming vessel or pressure cooker, Mix content of this pack with 750ml of water add 5tsp fiely chopped coriander leaves, stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 10mins
2. Lightly grease isli moulds with oil , stir batter gently and pour 30ml batter into each mould
3. Place idli moulds inside the steaming vessel , cover and steam on high heat for 15mins , if pressure cooker is used, do not apply weight/whistle , serve steaming hot, fluffy side up with gits instant sambhar and coconut chutney

In Western states of India, Pawa is a staple breakfast ingredient. In dishes like Aloo Pohe (Maharashtra) and Batata Poha (Gujurat), onions and potatoes are mixed in with spices and poha to result in a breakfast of champions of sorts. Product Description: Pulses and beans are a natural source of problem, high in fibre and used extensively in Asian cooking, especially by vegetarians, of the many pulses, some are used whole, others are split and those with the husk removed are called dal. All pulses require soaking -Times vary according to recipes and you should consult your cookery book. Pulses and beans are agricultural produce and although this product has been machine cleaned, it should be examined carefully and wasted thoroughly before use.

How to prepare:
1. Mix 60ml of fresh yoghurt 240ml water, 45ml oil, Tip : for spicier taste add 2tbsp giner and green chilli paste,
2. Add khatta Dhokla mix gradually , blend gently for 1 minuntil batter id smooth
3. grease 2 baking trays with oil, pour, equal quantities of batter into each , sprinkle black pepper or red chilli powder , garnish , steam on high flame for 12mins, if pressure cooker is used do not apply weight allow to cool for 5mins cut khatta dhokla pancake into 5cm cubes tip: heat 30ml oil, 1tbsp of mustard seeds, a pinch of asafoetida powder and curry leaves , then put off the gas spread evenly over pancake , sprinkle 2tbsp chopped coriander leaves, serve hot.
